Rescission of prior policy on use of work preference in public housing

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has rescinded PIH Notice 2011-33 regarding use of work preferences for public housing waiting list management and as a lease provision.  (PIH Notice 2019-26, December 16, 2019.)
