DHCS MEDIL 14-05: Treatment of Former Foster Care Program

Effective January 1, 2014, the Former Foster Care Children’s Program (FFCC) was extended to provide Medicaid coverage to individuals through age 26 who were in foster care on their 18^th birthday in any state.  This letter, available here, instructs counties to enroll any new applicants who meet this criteria.
